I’ve got a few secret sewing projects in the works and I
have been loving catching up on episodes while spending the day quilting.
After the Jump – hosted by Grace Bonney from Design Sponge is full
of inspiration and has introduced me to so many different creatives with varied
backgrounds. One particular episode was all about creating mood boards to suss
out what is important to us. Really cool experiment!
While She Naps – by Abby Glassenberg. The first episode
I listened to, Abby was interviewing Lindsay from Hawthorne Threads. Being a fabric lover, I was enthralled!! I love that there is a good mix between
interviewing creatives from all areas, as well as delving into the business
side of things.
I particularly love listening to podcasts when I’m basting a
quilt ;) Or while sitting waiting for my physio appointments!!

P.S. I originally had Quilt Your Heart Out hosted by
Marianne Fons and Mary Fons on the list. I was super excited to learn about the
launch earlier this year as they have extensive quilting experience between the
two of them. Unfortunately, shortly after the launch the podcast got cancelled.
Not sure what happened, but boy was I disappointed.
I love Still Untitled: The Adam Savage Project as well as No Such Thing As A Fish :)
